Dec 17: Dochela to Trashigang Monastary

For a sunday hike, a group of people (Mike, Sonia,David,Jason and Francis) went from Thimphu up to Dochela, went to a near (2 hour walk) Goempa, then went downhill to Trashigang monastary.

The Sunday hiking group stands beside the monk that lives in the monastary. In the background are the spectacular Himilayas. Jason stands with the background of half of Bhutan, with the Bhutanese Himilayas behind.

Front Of Trashigang Monastary. There is a town around Trashigang Monastary that is accessable only by walking (no electricity). This is where the monks live.
